What information does The Bay Club Company collect?
Currently, Western Athletic Club’s and it’s family of websites [Bay Club Marin, Bay Club San Francisco, Bay Club Santa Clara, Bay Club at the Gateway, Bay Club Financial District, Bay Club SF Tennis, Bay Club Courtside (Courtside Club), Bay Club Redwood Shores, Bay Club Cupertino (Bay Club Silicon Valley), Bay Club Ross Valley, and Bay Club Carmel Valley (Pacific Sports Resort San Diego)] gathers information (such as name, e-mail address and zip code) strictly for contact purposes when users opt to fill out an e-mail submission form to inquire about our company and about membership. In some cases we may ask for other optional information including additional contact information and certain demographic information (such as phone number and gender).
How do we use this information?
We may use your information to communicate our e-week-at-a-glance service as well as The Bay Club Company special offers, programs, promotions and general information about our company to you via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the option to opt out of future mailings (see the section below). We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, outside of the limited circumstances referenced in the paragraph immediately below.

We collect email information to provide a more personalized and relevant experience for our members. If you give us your email address we will send you emails about The Bay Club Company special offers, programs, promotions and general information about our company and new club openings.
If you want to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link located on the bottom of all of our emails. Although we strive to update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are able to remove you.
If you have previously opted out of receiving emails from us and wish to reverse this decision, please contact the front desk at your home Club, we’ll be happy to get your name back on the list to receive electronic communications from us.
Please note that you will continue to receive Member Services related communications as it pertains to your member account. The Bay Club Company may use any of your contact information held on file (including Email, Mailing, Phone & Fax) to communicate with you in regards to general administrative business such as membership hold requests, membership questions and important Club service alerts.
The Bay Club Company never sells or rents your name, e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information to third-parties.

Agents: We do employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Some examples include web site maintenance, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing outdated and repetitive information from members lists, analyzing Club data and providing marketing assistance.
